IP endpoint licenses needed or not?

Is an IP endpoint license needed for each power user license for using the softphone, or does the power license include an IP endpoint license within itself?

You will only need an "Avaya IP Endpoint" for an hard phone. The softphone included with Power User only requires that you have VCM Resources, Essential and Preferred Edition.
