IP-DECT 3720 shows (pbx out of service) intermittently

Hello team,

I have issue with the DECT-Phone 3720 registered to the CM, it show (PBX out of service) intermittently, when I check the H323 trunk it was (in service), the only solution I busyout/release the Trunk then the Dect phone works again...!!

any idea what can be the cause of this problem ?
