IP call disconnection

Can anyone help me. I am experiencing call disconnection after 30 minutes every time. I am on MD110 BC12 SP8
ELU32 is at:
ROF1375428/1 R6A CAA 158 0022 R4F EXE

DBC4425 is at:
5218 R1D/R4F/R4A DBC42501

In need of some help where to start trouble shooting this.
 
Hi

You can try a telnt connection toward your IP phone and see the messages that the phone is sending to find out the reason of disconnection.

An other point could be your RRQTtl that does not see the Gatekeeper and that disconnect the phone.

You can verify the configuration of your phone with phoneStatShow command in telnet mode.
 
Before you do anything else.

If you are running BC12 SP8 you need the following FW Versions.

ELU32 R4G
IP Phone Application R4H
IP Phone Boot R4B

Upgrade your ELU32 and IP Phone to the correct versions and see if the problem persists.

These FW's are available with SP8
