IP Audio Conference Phone 2033

How do I set up a Nortel IP Audio Conference Phone 2033?

My VP is wantng a VOIP IP phone and I am trying to order the right one for a Succession Nortel Switch.

Please help!!!

The new i2033 sets are programmed as i2001 sets. The only thing you have to be make sure of when programming is that you have HFA (hands free allowed)in the CLS.

If you need the commands please reply asking for them.

I also believe that Nortel recommended a patch p19682 to be inserted to allow the HFA prompt on a i2001 type handset (as need to program for i2033). Otherwise do not believe the HFA prompt can be achieved. You may already have.
