Are there Avaya phones that will not work on Avaya IP Agent R6? I have an Avaya 9650 and receive a error msg stating my terminal type is not supported by IP Agent. Any help is appreciated.

Per the Avaya User Guide, the IP Agent V6 can be configured for Callmaster IV, V, or VI, 2420, 4602, 4606, 4610, 4612, 4620, 4624, 4630, 6402D, 6408D, 6416D, 6424D, 8405D, 8410D, 8411D, or 8434D. They recommend CallMaster VI or an 8434.
