Can anyone supply detailed IP Agent R6 change description info and/or the readme.txt file that is probably on the client software install CD?
Any R6 helpful tips/comments from R6 users are welcome also (especially the use of Terminal Services - i.e. Citrix).
We were just about to upgrade to IP Agent R5 when I noticed R6 is now available. My account rep has been able to provide some high level change description info but my rep, the Avaya support website, and the Avaya support line dept for IP Agent doesn't have or can't find a copy of the readme.txt file nor do they have access to the R6 client S/W install CD.
If there is anything in R6 that is compelling enough, we may want to upgrade the PBX licensing to R6 but that requires turn-up and licensing coordination which may push up against our upgrade due-date commitment to our client.
