IP Agent 1.0, R8 and cisco vpn

I've not visited the site yet, so details are sketchy, but, here goes...

Have a customer who has Definity R7 (or 8 - they're not sure) running a raptor firewall w/vpn and IP Agent v1.0. They are also running a cisco VPN solution - the IP Agent won't see Definity over cisco vpn but will over the raptor vpn

1) What are Definity release requirements for IP Agent 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 respectivey?
2) Are there known issues w/ Cisco VPNs and Avaya IP Agent?

I know this ain't much to go on but any morsels I'll jump on. I'm seeing client in the a.m. for a little q&a

We have IP agent V2 running over a cisco VPN. The only thing that I found problems with was making sure that under the advanced settings on the definity login screen has the use the folowing IP adress as shown on the VPN is ticked. Make sure that the IP adress is the same as the one that is alocated by the VPN when dialling in if using DHCP.

In Telecommuter and Roadwarrior modus, Release 8.2 is required. With Callmaster VI, rel.6 is enough.
I don't know any issues with Cisco routers...

earnshaw...do you have a copy of CentreVu 2? User wants to try it, but Avaya partner slow on providing software. If not, if you could point me in right direction. Avaya's site seems to offer downoad of every product but that one

This would not install. First, he kept asking for setup.lid, then _setup.dll, then layout.bin (I just grabbed some from my hard drive to see what would happen.

After that..installshield ran, but then disappeared...no installation was ever done.

Can you verify all files were sent?
