Ok I need advice on this one please. I believe I have the best solution but lets see...

I have a FW with a router connected on the inside. I need 4 SN's onto the LAN. What is the best 192.168. address to go with between the FW and RTR and onto the LAN,

That is entirely up to you. It's RFC 1918 space so you can use 192.168.0.0 through 192.168.254.254.
