I have a new client with an ip 500v2 firmware 7.0 (32) mode partner edition boot location system primary
downloaded manager ver 9.1.0.0 ver 437 but only get the basic settings not the ability to truly control the system.
all i see is bootp and operator
what am i missing?
also when I try and change the mode it asks me to log in and will not accept administrator / administrator (failed to longin to ip office cause (access denied))
yet when I go to the ip address in a browser it lets me in with administrator / password

Under "File | Preferences" deselect "Default to Standard Mode".

In Manager click "View | Simplified View" to put IP Office Manager into the mode you should be using to manage a Partner Edition system. Then click "Open Configuration from System". Use "Administrator" and "Password" since your system seems to have the defaults still (that's a hint to change them). Then press F1 and read the help comprehensively.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
