IP 500 4.0 hunt group forwarding not working

Below is how I set it up along with the monitor from the call. Any ideas as to what I did wrong?...

IPOffice problem: Setting up delayed AA answer on IP500 for new install- 600 is phantom user fwd uncond. and group fwd ticked going to *23(AA:signal)Hunt ext is 603.
Hunt group call fwd not working. Dial ext direct fwd works fine. Call hunt ext and get this...

Hunt group forwarding is a bug in 4.0.

I believe there is a PB for it.

Contact your dealer/distributor for it.
