IP 4602 on Prologix

Hello,

I have an Avaya Prologix and I see it has 5 licenses for IP stations. I wanted to try to use an IP phone in this system and I see its support the 4602, so I installed an Avaya 4602 but can't register to the switch. when I check the status for the station it show the port "S00000" only zeros in the port number. Is there a place in the system where I need to enable some option to have the IP phone working? thanks in advance!

do you have C-LAN and MedPro boards in the Proligix that are connected to the LAN and can be successfully pinged from the LAN?

In addition to the CLAN and MedPro hardware, do you have a TFTP server defined where the 4602 set can pull its config files?

I found the issue. I had to replace a patch cord. Thanks!
