IOH & FIP program units failed in LIM1.....

Can someone tell me how to put it in working state again. I tried restarting the program units but when I do sfcei
the two program units still failed. Because of this, io commands like IODDP & ioeqi are not recognized.

What happened? Did anybody try to play with this units before? The unit will not just die like that. Which unit is actually failing during SFCEI? Can you tell us what is the bc and sp release of the system. /patcher

When is the latest dump? If the system is already dumped we cannot fix it by reloading LIM 1. This will be your steps.
We will just cross our fingers if the unit code is okay.
1.DUPUI:LIM=1,UNIT=FIP;Y;
2.DUPUI:LIM=1,UNIT=IOH;Y;
3.FCPLI:UNIT=FIP;Y;
4.FCPLI:UNIT=IOH;Y;
5.FCPCI;Y;

Then try IOCAP. If not SFCEI again and let us know.

The last dump was done after this problem came up.... which is the best thing to do first , reload lim1 or the
steps you had given. I want the problem solves with very minimal telephone service interruptions.

Cannot login to the system anymore so I just have to reload
lim1 from existing backup in which I hope the data are okay.I let you know how it goes.
