invoke the save as dialog?

hey all.
im trying to stick an option into my database for users to backup certain tables. im using the transfer spreadsheet method to select the tables... but i want them to be able to select one location using the file dialog and then use that file location for all the transfer spreadsheet methods.

its doing my nut if anyone wants to help?

jees i cant belive its so complicated.
all i want is for the user to be able browse to where they want the back up fles to go.. .and then put the files there.
unfortunately every example i see of the file dialog is selectig files and displaying the paths etc.
i just want to be able to get the value of the folder that the user has browsed to so i can use it in the transfer spreadsheet function

please tell me there is a really simple way to do this!!
