There is also TCO!Stream, which is kind of costly, but there are some free things out there you might be able to adjust the traps on to get exactly what you want. Below is one:

Hey don't forget SMS 2003. Costs you a arm and a leg but this app does all of the above and so much more. Best way to deploy software updates and programs through a network. Also some pretty good reporting built in.
