Inventory Collection Patch

According to documentation if I want to run Inventory Collection on anything 3.x and lower I need to download and install a patch. I cannot find a patch for my present version of CM (2.2.2). Any ideas where I can get this patch? I just spent 2.5 hours searching Avaya's site and only found one for CM 3.1.2. Help!
 
This question is in regards to the ASCA (Avaya Software Compatibility Audit) on Avaya Website. I cannot run the audit until I have the appropriate patch on my systems. Problem is I cannot find the patch. Anyone ever done this?
 
I do not have a number. I though that in oder to run the inventory I have to install a patch according to the manual (Software Update Manager User Guide pg 46). The only patch on the ASCA page is for 3.1.2. Where are the other releases?
 
Finally got an answer from Avaya. See below:

... if the customer needs to be on CM 2.2.2 then they need to call in and request a PCN 1434B for S8XXX or PCN 1435B for Definity based product. The PCN is not customer installable... the software is free but tech time to install is free only if they (1) have mtce and (2) perform the upgrade during normal working hours... if out of hours then tech time is billable.
