If you are trying to show a non techy customer how this all fits together in the unit they have and show them how additions and expansions will go together and why they need to spend lots of money for upgrades and expansions, the best way I have found to do it is to make a simple diagram in Visio, but an XL spreadsheet laid out the same way as the system appears would also work. Not quite sure if this is what you are looking for .......

It maybe worth getting a copy of 'OrderPro'from the Nortel WEB you can run it via the CLI or other Telnet, Modem?

this will give you a summary and detailed report mainly used for Pre-Sales on quotes ie for upgrades etc
