I have searched high and low for information on the following IPF: MPREXE caused an invalid page fault in Kernel32.dll at 016f:bff876d2
I have found many TechNet articles regarding .pwl files, but there are no .pwl files on the system. I ahve run Windows 98 setup, which did not help.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.

Thanks for the response. Believe it or not, it was a virus. Symantec had a fix. Thanks again. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.
