Invalid Entry When Dialing the Extension from Oustide 1

Hello All,

I have Avaya IP Office Manager 500 v2, when somebody tries to dial the extension from outside it say invalid entry,

even I the setup of the auto-attendant for numbers is DialByNumber (Direct),

what may cause this problem and please help me by steps because I'm new on Avaya,

Depends how you've programmed up the AA. Any alerts showing on your config? Ticking Direct Dial-By-Number works in 2 ways. Check the help file.
 
Yep. I suggest you open up to your AA page and press the Help button. Read what it says for Direct Dial-By-Number.
 
I found something fro example if the extension is 400 I should dial 4400 in order to route,

what does this means?
 
What did it tell you in the help file?

It's because you haven't Ticked the "Direct Dial-By-Number" option on the AA. It tells you in the help file what you need to do. Read the help first, or you may find the help here may stop coming.
