Hi there.

I have just started receiving this strange message when I try to connect to a system using Call Status.

"Invalid argument to time encode"

Has anyone seen this before? I have been googl'ing it quite a bit but nothing seems to come up in it or the documents I have.

Regards

Call Status hasn't been supported on IP Office for a long time. Think it only works up to IP Office Release 3.2.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

it works on other members of this scn, so I am really confused as to why this just started.

I turned up the firewall that was there previously. Before it never gave this message.

Regards

Seen it somewhere here on TT a long time ago but if im not mistaken ít was something about hanging calls?!
Look for calls that have a higher time than average.

Hi Guys.

Thanks for the responses.

In System Status, I didn't see any "locked up" calls; so I did a reboot of the system, logged into the unit with Call Status and the error is gone.

I will continue to look for things like that should this happen again.

I wonder if putting up the firewall coincided with someone trying to make a call, access vmail... (Even though I didn't see any calls up at the time.

Regards
