I have a Map 40p, when trying to go into the Audix Administration screen the system comes back with "Audix Not Started" I have found that the feature option "Audix Application" is set to OFF
Is this because the sofware is not loaded correctly or a license/feature issue.
I am trying to get the system running to learn the system functionality, etc.
 
Does this work:

From the main menu:
Customer/Services Adminstration
System Management
System Control
Start Voice System

Otherwise a reboot should start all as well.

I can start the voice system but when I go to the main Menu and try to go to Audix Administration it states that the "Audix not started" and I do not get the administration screen. I have tried logging in as SA, Craft, Root and none will let me go to the admin screen.
If I look at the features list is has Audix Application OFF
I performed a verify system status and the system install had no errors but it did say Audix OFF LINE and voice system was Up

 
Sounds like you are playing with a system not licensed for Audix voicemail. Maybe a Conversant IVR. Where did you get it?

System came from overstock purchase. I was thinking it is most likely a license issue, maybe the RTU license from Avaya. Was hopping to get the thing up running just to play with and try to build on my knowledge of another system type but sure do not want to spend allot to get it going
