Ok.

Can you have voicemail to email via SMTP like a standard .wav attachment? I have heard yes / no ?

Now I do see some differences in the 2.1 load for SMTP, I am assuming this will work or is it doing the proprietary Avaya message type that can ony be played with Message Manager?

I'm using message manager 5.1 and intuity LX 1.1; message manager lets you save as .lvp or .wav. Simply click on the message and select save voice. the 'save as' message box comes up with these choices.
