Intuity Fax Messaging, Pressing *1 to Print Disconnects!

Using Intuity Audix 5.1 Fax Messaging and trying to allow a subscriber to print a fax via the telephone touchtone input and at the point where it asks you if you want to print to press *1, when they do it just disconnects.

I've checked the admin docs, COR, COS, ect... I have it working correctly with Message Manager and it will print via the touchtone on another Audix LX server I have.
