I am trying to get into my Intuity Audix. It is not accepting the login and password that I know for a fact worked just days ago. I have tryed remotely and locally to get in... no joy. When trying locally I do get an error :
UX:ttymon WARNING : cannot allocate controlling tty on "",
there may be another session active on this port.

Does anyone have any suggestions?????

Are you able to login at the SAT? You should have two logins VM or SA. Try resetting the modem, power it off then on. Wisdom is Knowledge
that is Shared

Thanks All Phoneman2

I have tried remote access & at the SAT. The error message comes up when I try at the SAT. I even tried rebooting the Audix.

I've had this error before and been able to bypass it and enter the Audix simply by acknowledging the message. My problem was based on a hardware configuration error that Unix was having a problem with. Basically I blew a motherboard, replaced it, forgot to hook up a com port and decided it wasn't worth the trouble to tear the beastie apart again and hook it up since I wasn't using it so I disabled it in the BIOS. Shhhh, don't tell Avaya.

Has anything happened to this system lately in terms of hardware? And have you tried just acknowledging the message and moving on? I'd also enter the setup and look for config errors if you're sure there are no active sessions.

The only thing that has happened to the system is that it locked up the other day and I had someone go and push the RED button to reboot it. It came up fine ( working fine ) but that is the only thing that I can think of that has happened. I have also tried to just acknowledging the message but it still will not let me in.

New Info:
I have tried connecting remotely again with DSA. I have it set up to automatically login. I now get the following error:
"ASG enabled"
I do not know the secret key to enter to get logged into the system.
