Intuity Audix Bulletin board question

Hello, I have a few bulletin board mailboxes set up off of an auto attendant. My question is how do I force the call to disconnect after the BB message is played/heard? Currently the message plays and then it is dead air.

Is the Auto Attendant on Octel, Intuity, Modular Messaging, or is it within a vector? Thanks!
