Intranet Message Board in Dreamweaver

HELP
I am getting in a right mess over this.

I have designed and created a fairly impressive Intranet site for my company. They are impressed but now would like it to become interactive with a message board of some sort.

I have trawled the internet and found a few free downloadable message boards but the CGI Script manipulation after download has me totally stumped.

Is there an application that can be downloaded and implemented really really easily without all this CGI business.

Any advice or comment most welcome

DW Ultradev not free but you need to be able to use some sort of database ineractivity. Live long and make your kids suffer..
