I have a very small Intranet that is setup within my organization. I have links to Excel spreadsheets that users must open, edit and then close. I have given the users all but Full Control to the specified .xls files. Every time the user accesses the file, makes a change and then clicks close or back, they are prompted to either Save or Discard the changes. PERFECT. Now if they choose Save, they are prompted for a save location. NOT PERFECT. I would like to have the file saved exactly where it was opened from. I do not want my users to have to specify where to place the file. Any insight would be great. Thanks.
