Okay, I'm trying to log all internal calls in my organization. I know to turn on the "Intra-Switch CDR" option in ch sys cdr, however when I try and go over to that field, I'm not allowed. In fact, the following fields are not accesible:

Condition Code 'T' For Redirected Calls?n
Remove # From Called Number?n
Intra-Switch CDR?n
Outg Trk Call Splitting?y
Outg Attd Call Record?y

Is there any reason why these fields are not accesible?? Is it something Avaya needs to turn on? I am logged in using the dadmin account, which I imagine should give me proper access. I have added about 5 stations to the add intra-switch cdr list just as a test. Any help anyone can give will be appreciated. Thanks!

What software version and platform are you running? Does the terminal emulator that you are using match the one input to the switch? Don't use GEDI, use emulator. There is a limit on how many stations you can mark for intra-switch CDR. In a G3V9 there is a maximum of 1000 entries.

Have you changed Record Outgoing Calls Only? to a Y.

Kevin, Ed - Thanks for your replies. Record Outgoing Call Only? has always been set to No. I tried changing it to Yes, just for the heck of it, but it didn't do anything. I am using the emulator thru ASA, so I can't imagine it being an issue with that. I believe my system is a G3v11 and it does allow for 1000 entries, which I'm currently using 7. Anyone else out there have any ideas??? Thanks!

If I am reading this right, you currently have 7 members that you are capturing calls on. If this is the case you would just need to "ch intra" and add their numbers to the list. If you are not logging any calls and need to set it up for the first time below is the setting for ours.

My first thought was their may be something in the system parameters customer options that would need to be turned on but I didnt see anything there.
