After a reboot, the IVR application doesn't come up.
A message pops up after logging in:
Msg from RSSBLRTRM2 to RSSBLRTRM2
Processor(_Total)\% processor time tripped its alert threshold. 99.9999996504771 is over the limit value of 95
In Task Manager there is a file called Iqtalkd.exe. If this file is not incrementing, we have to shut down and reboot again. Is this caused by lack of CPU resources during bootup?
What can be done to fix this?
