Internet Time Utility

I recently got a new pc (Windows XP Pro SP2). And I've noticed when I double click on the clock the Internet Time tab that I had on my old pc isn't there. Does anyone know how to get this back? Thanks.

If your computer is a member of a domain, your computer clock is probably synchronized automatically by a network time server.

We did recently start synchronizing with our domain, so I guess that was when the internet time disappeared. However my clock was 2 minutes out so it's obviously not synching properly. Not sure what I can do about that. Thanks.
