Internet Time Sync on Windows 2003 Cluster

Hi,
My domain is having a difference of 9 minutes, which is ( min ahead of our standard local time. But when i click on the time setting of the active node, it gives me access denied(not proper privilige to access the system time).

How can i change it and make it sync with time.windows.com servers

Thank You.
