Hi all
I've recently set up my first Windows 2000 server, everything seemed to be working well except for the internet connection sharing.
When I share the connection, it changes the IP of the server (from 10.10.1.1, to 192.168.0.1), but it doesnt change the clients on the same network, obviously this causes problems.
I did try using software such as WinProxy before but this made the system worse, resulting in me having to format and reinstall all software.
My question is, how can I share the internet connection simply, I know little about IP ranges, or things like that, I'm just trying to share a dial-up connection.
Could anyone explain this to me
Thanks very much
