I have a novice question.

I have a client that is trying to make the disicion weather to go internet or intranet. The only pages they want to created (at this point in time) are their database forms.

My questions are:
Other than increased security (if they use intranet) is there any other major development differences?
Will the option they take effect how the form pages are developed?
They are thinking of using Access tables on the server, ODBC and VBScript for the Form pages.

Thank you for your answers in advance.

There is just about no difference. I use all that you listed on a web site that is used over the internet and our intranet. Only once in a blue moon do I need to take the minor differences into considereation, like going through a firewall. But in reality, there is no difference.

Thank you zcolton so much for your answer it makes me breathe a whole lot easier.

I agree with zcolton, but I woudl suggest that if you have multiple users, I think you should stay away from MS Access. Move onto something like SQL Server. You dont have to do what I suggested, but it would be nice to research and find out the pros and cons from the two.

Binks I think you might be right about Access v SQL Server and we are looking into that.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback.
