Internet explorer6.0 print error

Guys, Help needed!

when printing from IE6.0. there is an error,

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line : 639
Char: 1
Error : Invalid argument
Code : 0
URL: res://C:\winnt\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg.



there is no problem printing in other office products.
when i tested making a simple html file, like having any other java/javascript codes, there was no problem. it seems like when printing IE page which has lots of script codes, it gives the error.

Anybody knows?

I also tested degrading IE6.0 to IE5.5, then the user said,
"this time, there is no the error script, but, print job just hangs. nothing processing".

please help!

Some obvious things:

Please make sure your default printer shows up in the in the drop-down dialog box for File Print

Try updating or reinstalling your printer driver.

If you still have problems, try the repair tool under Add/Remove Programs.
