Internet Explorer Settings change

My internet explorer settings for my email program is set to Microsoft Outlook. When I reboot my computer the setting is changed to Outlook Express. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks.

What OS are you running. I have had this happen in W2K and if you are not logged in as Administrator or logged in with Administrative priveleges it will not save your changes in IE properties.

Thanks for your help. I am using Windows NT Terminal Server. I do have administrative priviledges. Could it be something else?
