internet explorer problem

I am using internet explorer 6 sp1 .
now i am facing a problem that it gives an error " internet explorer encounters a problem & has to be restarted" send error report or don't send are the two option buttons at bottem. i tryed to click on both the buttons but i am not able to open the internet explorer.
can i agian install the internet explorer or how can i rectified the problem.
