Internet explorer: preparing to install

Hello,

I have a problem with internet explorer I published on Citrix.

Each time a user loads it, a pop up appears with "windows installer: preparing to install". And this pop up reappears each tome the user changes the address in internet explorer.

I tried to log on the server by terminal server (without Citrix), using user credentials, and there this pop up never appears.

So it seems linked with Citrix.

A solution?

What error are you getting in the Event Log, can you post all of it?

I've seen this before. If you follow the tips in Microsoft Knowledgebase Article # 274473, it should take care of the problem for you. It worked for me.

I tried your suggestion lb63640, but it didn't resolve this issue.

Here is the message in the event viewer:
Detection of product '{195CA5B4-88C0-4C88-B8C0-033E90F54345}', feature 'CTX_MF_MetaFrame_Core' failed during request for component '{79ED246A-69C7-4CEF-B5A2-57EC3B86BC31}'

and

I made a repair of Citrix: same problem.

For information, my Citrix drives are H(system) and I(datas).
I don't know what Citrix searchs on I:\...

I'm getting almost the same error,

Windows 2003, FR3,

Only happens when user tries running IE from Published desktop.

We also seem to be gettting Event id 11719
