Some times I find that I cannot open another page from a link on the previous page.
Have I got a setting which has been changed or can anyone tell me what happened.
If I R.Click on link and copy/paste link into address bar it loads fine.

Have tried the 281679 and found a couple of .dll files that where missing but the problem seems to have corrected will see how it goes.
