Hi, sorry if this is the wrong forum but I have a problem with my IE. Everytime I start it up for some reason my homepage always changes to I-lookup.com and I get a bunch of unwanted favourites added and a stupid toolbar always appearing. I also get a bunch of unwanted pop-ups and banners for some reason. Is there any way to fix this? I keep on deleting the favourites and keep setting my homepage back but it always keeps coming back. Any ideas?

Enric is most probably right, but try this.
In IE goto Tools-Options and then Internet Options.
In the window that opens In the HOME Page area click the Use Blank Box. If that does not work then you have to either edit your registry or better Download a spy killer.
SPYBOT is not only one of the best but also free. You can get it here:-

Best of luck

Hi guys, thanks for the help. I tried the spybot download and I did the search and clean and got rid of all the I-lookup files on my computer and it said they were deleted, so I come back to my IE and the homepage of I-lookup was erased but as soon as I open explorer it still comes back again. Any ideads? How do you change the registry of homepages for IE? I am farely new with computers so bare with me if these may be stupid questions.

Thank you guys very much for the help. I downloaded the 2nd uninstaller of I look-up and and used spy-bot to delete the rest and now everything is back to normal. I just hope it stays this way.

Thanks again very much. :)

I have a problem once again. This one is now with a tooncomics homepage and it happens everytime I restart my computer. Any ideas on deleting tooncomics from becoming my homepage?

Follow the excellent advice supplied by my fellow posters, but if you ever wonder why this sort of thing is happening with increasing regularity to Internet surfers and how to prevent it then I suggest some reading here.
