Internet Explorer 7 Link kept disappearing

Does anyone know why the Links in Tool/ToolBar/Links in Internet Explorer 7 kept disappearing or turned off? I'm using Windows Vista with IE 7.

What is disappearing the Links shortcut itself, or the tick in the Toolbar?

Have you tried running IE7 with No Add-ons ( look in System Tools)?

If you have System Restore points then using that may be an option.

You could try the System File Checker program.

Thanks for the help. I'm referring to the actual Links tool bar. I'm not sure why, but the Links bar does seem to stay now but it was not initially. Each browser tab I opened has its own items in the Links tool bar.
