Internet Connection wizard appears anytime I try Send to in Excel

I've been using Excel 2002 (Office XP suite)and suddenly after working for years, anytime I try using the send to (as attachment) it pops up with an Internet Connection wizard.

Anyone got any ideas how to resolve this?

I should have added it used to go straight into Outlook 2002, with the excel file as an attachment
