Hi Guys

How can I include my access code for international dialing in my speed dial list ? I have one number that I don't wanna keep dialing the access code to get through.
I have CS1000.

Thanks

Not very experienced with speed dial lists but I think you would be forced to null out that particular speed dial entry and add it back in? Another option is perhaps assign it to an autodial key on your phone - that way you press that autodial first and then access your speed dial list.
Worst case scenario is that you may have to rebuild your whole speed dial list - BOOOOO

Is the access code provided by your telco carrier, or does the PBX provide the access code?

If the PBX provides the access code, then you can use a system speed call list, and assign an NCOS to the list that will allow it to make the call without needing the access code.
