Internal ringing givig me a strage tone......

In cs1000m mg pabx giving me strange ringing tone in analogue,ip and digital phones whenever call originated from analogue phones.Its giving me ring.ring.ring.ring instead of ring.ring.......ring.ring.Its happening only in internal calls.External calls are doing well.

Normally you can hear if the call is external or internal - a break in the ringing signifies external call - no break internal, so are you sure what you experience is a fault?

I think you have it backwards bajangsa, internal for my CS1000 is "ring...ring" and external is "ring,ring,ring,ring..."

Our install is still new, I have never tried calling from an analog port to a digital. I will try Monday.

BTW, I get users that complain they get continuous ringing on their TDM phones without being able to answer it. They end up unplugging their phone and plugging it back in. Several complaints of this...ideas? Sorry for the hijack...LOL
