I can't seem to access my web site from my internal network using My private net is able to navigate outside but anything inside can't reach the location unless I use the actual name of the interface handling the internal network. It not a firewall issue, I believe its an issue of apache trying to deliver info to a private network and of course it won't.
Platform = Solaris 8

Hi,

Can you clarify what you mean by:
"can't reach the location unless I use the actual name of the interface handling the internal network"

Do mean web page is only served if you use the server ip?

If this is the case then yes you have an apache or dns issue would be my guess but can't tell without a little more info.

Can you get your web page from a remote pc on a different network by domain.tld or ip?

Open /etc/hosts and add your domain to the machines ip address. If you are hosting other domains or sub-domains, you will need to add them to the same line.
