yes, it's on the route.. answer drng yes on a route.. that puts external on a unique ring.. i usually have to modify the ring, default is one short, one long, some fax machines do not respond well to that..
you modify routes in 16 and ring tones in ld 56.. ring tones do need to be downloaded to the cont cards to change
