We need to create a user email : test@mydomain.local

This email is only for internal usage , so that no one can send to it from outside My Company ..

But internal users can send emails to it ..

How Can I do this !?

Generally the quickest way is to make a mailbox and remove the smtp address. Then it is local only.

yes ..
but mydomain name is: Mydomain.local
so that the internal users will use the address user1@mydomain.local to send to user1 email
while I want them to use mydomain.com instead !?

How ?

All you need to do is set-up a global security group in AD. Then, go to the Exchange General tab of the account in question, click the "Delivery Restrictions" tab. At the bottom of that tap, do "Accept Messages: Only From:" and add your security group that you created.

To send to user1 internally, they send to user1.

The Accept from is a good way to do it for multiple users but for one, I just whip the email address out.
