Internal CDR collection on 81C with 25.40

Hello everyone,

I just got the newest version of ISI Infortel 7 installed on a new server here and I want to enable internal CDR collection. I did some searching here and seen people say I have to add ICDA to all the sets but how can I add it to ALL the sets in a simple step. I know I could do it one by one but we have 1282 configured ports

Also do I need to configure the CDR to show Abandon calls too. I want ISI to collect and report as much info as possible.

We use a Pollcat III with an 81C running 25.40.

If you have OTM you could set a schedule.. and yes you'll have to configure abandons

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

We dont have OTM yet that is next months project to get the pbx upgraded to Succession 3 with OTM and Call Pilot. How can I get ICDA added to all extensions simply and how do you enabled Abandon call CDR collection?
