IP 500v2, R8.1(69), , 9508 phones, POTS lines. Internal calls to fellow employees are going to voicemail after 2 rings. Other than checking for a DND button and Telephony->Call Settings->No Answer Time on the User, is there anything else that would cause the internal calls to go to voicemail so quickly?

Check the affected phone do they have a busy dial tone? if so dial *00 and see if that clears problem
Check the forwarding tab.. Make sure nothing set and if there is make sure it is correct..

if there is only 2 intercom Appearance Buttons and CA is ticked this will cause the second call to go to voicemail.

So how many intercom Appearances is there on the phones.

Are they ringing the correct extn numbers, if the phone is unplugged or set to NO USER, not logged in then the call will go to voicemail.

Thanks, I'll check that. This appears to be affecting all of the phones at the location, though - does that change the solution?

How can you leave the phones off for this long without finding the issue? You could have reprogrammed the system by now :)
