Internal Auto-Attendent Access

I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to how we could access our auto-attendant internally by dialing an extension.

A portion of our main AA states "If you know the room number, dial 4+roomnumber" IE: 4318
This brings you to another prompt asking you to press 1 for XYZ and 2 for ABC, etc...

I just learned today that people use this internally as well. IE: Dial 4318 then 1 or 2 when prompted for ABC or XYZ.

From what I've read we should have a shortcode feature for Auto Attendant however there is no such option on our system.
I'd planned on having a shortcode for 4318 (and others) that would direct to that portion of the AA but I'm at a loss as to how to do so.

Any advice/ideas would be appreciated.

So are we.
What kind of system do you have, which version, what kind of Voicmail, Embedded or Pro?
Are you a system admin, end user and what do you know about the programming?

We're running IP Office 10.1.0.1.0
Two server and a V500 which is where all extensions are programmed
AA is setup in Intuity Voicemail.

I'm fairly new to Avaya as we've only had the system for 4 months but have worked with several other system.
Generally speaking, jack-of-all-trades IT guy.

Thanks!
Guess I hadn't had enough coffee when trying this out yesterday as it kept coming back to me with my own voicemail greeting.
I had tried voicemail collect but had the number as "VM:module name
