INTERMITTANT BUSY ON INBOUND DID CALLS

All of a sudden we are experiencing busy signals on every 6th or 7th call. I stat the T1's when alerted and we always have plenty of headroom. I have spoken to another tech at another Hospital and they have began to experience the same thing. I believe the Carrier has replaced a piece of equipment somewhere. Because we both come out of the same C.O. But now proving it becomes the issue. No one ever hears a recording so we cant pin point it to any c.o switch. Anyone ever seen this before ?
 
Go to LD 36 and do a LDIC C R

19 , 26 , 27 , 34 are Outbound, 3 , 35 , 50 , 51 are inbound
 
I've had this happen to me, and how we proved it was had another site with lots of lines call an ACD Queue DID at the same time and they documented only 6 people could call and get ringing, and the 7th got busy. When we brought that to Telco they "fixed" it.

I have set up a vendor meet for monday. Im getting my PBX guys in here for back up.
 
Ok gents, your gonna love this one. My Carrier says that they think we have a bad PRI card. Being that the d channel stays up but the channels drop out. Mind you im not getting any alarms for any T1 issues. And my vender has been in the switch vis debug mode, and they can't see anything wrong.
I still say its my lazy carrier.
