I have 2 PBXs DCSed together. PBX A is a G3R 9.5 with it's own Intuity. PBX B is a S8700 CM 3.0 with it's own Intuity.

I am on PBX B. When agent 3438 from PBX A calls me and leaves me a VM message the header on her voicemail message tells me the message is from mailbox 3438 on my PBX (PBX B) instead of her name.

Agent login 3438 has no voicemail. Voicemail is on the station, not the agent ID.

Any ideas?

I don't think there is anything you can do... since you have extensions in the same range at both sites... Your vmail box thinks the call is local, so it plays the local voice recorded name...

Thanks,
